Doker Eko, adalah seorang Neuro Spine Surabaya Neuroscience Institute (SNEI) yang merupakan seorang bedah saraf yang pakar dalam operasi tulang belakang. Beliau memperoleh pendidikan dokter Neurosurgery Residency dari Universitas Airlangga. Beliau merupakan Spine Fellowship in Lilavaty Hospital, Mumbay, India (2005), spine fellowships in International Spine Centre Hallym University, Seoul, Korea (2006), spine fellowships in Ege University Izmir Turkey (2008), AOSpine fellowships in Sint Maartenskliniek Nijmegen Netherland (2009), AOSpine fellowships in ORTON Orthopaedic Hospital & ORTON Research Institute, Helsinki Finland (2011). Beliau merupakan anggota dari AOSpine Asia Pacific, Associate Member of World Spinal Column Society, Congress of Neurological Surgeon, Middle East Spine Society.
